Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct Risk activities

Analysis of large data sets to identify Red Flag Indicators in various areas and sample probable cases of misconduct.
Coordinating with IAD vendors and monitor efficiency of tele callers and field auditors to ensure mystery audits conducted are as per guidelines.
Preparation of initial reports and submission to ZH / RH with specific views and recommendations.
Follow-up with cross functions for timely & appropriate closure of alerts.
Reviewing the responses received for correctness and compliance closure. Tracking of open items, if any.
Identification of new areas to enhance / enlarge the scope of conduct risk.
Preparation of reports / presentations periodically
Mentoring team and ensure they are aligned with the units objective.
Carrying out any other assignment as allocated by ZH /RH
Analyze trends to identify the increase / decrease in various operational / fraud Risk parameters.
Liaise with CRAIN / Automation teams for development of system/new tools required from time to time.
