Job Description

Administer, maintain, and support Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud across departments. Design and implement custom workflows, fields, templates , and dashboards tailored to business needs. Troubleshoot issues within the Atlassian ecosystem, ensuring minimal downtime and fast resolution. Lead and execute on-prem to cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations effectively. Manage user access permissions in line with organizational security policies and compliance standards. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Python, and Groovy to reduce manual tasks. Generate advanced reports and dashboards , leveraging Jira native features and EazyBI for data visualization. Integrate Jira and Confluence with third-party tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency. Drive cost optimization by identifying unnecessary plugins and replacing them with cloud-native functionalities. Work cross-functionally to upskill team members , identify knowledge gaps, and promote best practices. Provide clear, concise communication both in documentation and live presentations to stakeholders and leadership. Required Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in Jira and Confluence Cloud administration . Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud-based project management. Experience with access control , user management , security compliance , and best practices . Proven scripting skills using Shell, Python, and Groovy . Hands-on experience with Jira Dashboard creation , EazyBI , and workflow configurations . Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in cloud environments . Experience integrating Atlassian tools with third-party applications . Effective communication and collaboration skills across globally distributed teams.
