Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail oriented and results driven E-Commerce Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. This role involves overseeing inventory management, order fulfilment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our ecommerce logistics. The ideal candidate will be an effective leader with a strong background in warehouse management, particularly within an ecommerce setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order processing, and shipping.
• Supervise warehouse staff.
• Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient use of space.
• Implement and optimize warehouse processes to enhance productivity and order accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to improve performance and efficiency.

• Exposure to Ecommerce companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto etc.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in ecommerce.

• Exposure to Ecommerce companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto etc.

• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

• E-Commerce Knowledge:

  Understanding of ecommerce logistics, shipping processes, and inventory management systems.
• Proficient in data analysis to drive decision making and continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Familiarity with inventory software.
• Must have worked in ecommerce industry.
• Exposure with Digital Marketing industry.
