Job Title: Back Office Executive (Email Process)

Back Office Executives

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling and responding to customer emails related to the airline services.
  
• Maintaining high standards of email communication with customers.
  
• Resolving customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
  
• Ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.
  
• Supporting the team in day-to-day operations and maintaining work accuracy.
  
• Collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

• Minimum HSC/Graduate (any stream)
  

• Skills & Competencies:

• Good English Communication Skills

  (both written and verbal)
• Ability to handle email communication professionally and efficiently.
  
• Comfortable working in

  rotational shifts

  .
• Prior experience in an email support role is a plus but not mandatory.
  
• Freshers are welcome to apply!
  

• Other Requirements:

• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
  

Shift Timings:

• Shift 1:

  7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Shift 2:

  4:30 PM to 1:30 AM (Note: Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.)

Salary:

• Freshers:

  18,000 per month

• Experienced Candidates:

  22,000 per month
