Associate Professor / Professor /Vice Principal

Ebenezer Group of Institutions is inviting applications from committed and passionate individuals for the role of Assistant Lecturer or Vice Principal in the Nursing Department. The ideal candidate should be academically strong, capable of taking ownership, and demonstrate leadership in managing academic and administrative responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• M.Sc. Nursing (Preferred specializations: Medical-Surgical, OBG, Community Health,).
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (Assistant Lecturer) 5+ years with leadership ability (Vice Principal).
• Strong academic record and familiarity with INC norms.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and administrative skills.
• Location: Bangalore , Hennur Bagalur Main Road Kothanur - 560077

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching in theory and clinical areas as per INC/University guidelines.
• Develop and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and student evaluation methods.
• Supervise students in clinical postings and maintain academic discipline.
• Take responsibility for academic planning, timetabling, and curriculum execution.
• Guide students in project work, research activities, and seminar presentations.
• Mentor junior faculty and coordinate academic review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with academic and administrative procedures of the nursing council and university.
• Lead departmental activities and support the Principal in academic coordination (for VP role).
• Participate in student admissions, orientation, and internal quality audits.
• Foster a student-centric and disciplined academic environment.

Salary Range: Rs.30,000 – Rs. 35,000 per month (Based on Qualification & Experience)
