Knowledge of Production Move Orders & Kitting & Loading.
• Responsible for asset provided (i.e. HHT devises, printers, PC's,Trollies, MHE's etc) • Monitor and ensure of PI ( Perpetual Inventory) given by the customer on time. • Achieve the departmental KPI as agreed by the customer •Coordinate with picking and Kitting team for any urgent dispatch. •Daily meeting with team for various issues and discrepancies.. Monitor all Inbound activities of Dock to Stock • Ensure 100 % accuracy for binning of part as per system allotted location. • Communication / co-ordination with Customer for various issues . • Maintain 6S at work place. Ensure healthy work culture among team and organization. • Monitor adherence of safety standards in your area / department. • Identification of Gaps / Operations Abnormity and discuss with customer with proper channel to improve the work accuracy •Co-ordination with transportation agencies. • Audit Preparations and exceptions handling. • Ensure everyone in team follows the Work Instruction. • Monitor adherence of safety standards in area / department. • Ensure compliance of EHS policy • Weekly / Monthly reports for shortage, Excess and damage material. • Data Management and demonstration. • Chemical Store & Cold storage Norms Understanding and drive accordingly.
