1. Develop and execute the strategic vision for Demand/Supply Planning - aligning with overall Supply Chain / business goals. 2. Provide leadership and guidance to the Demand/supply chain planning team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 3. Oversee the development and execution of demand planning strategies, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with production capabilities. 4. Lead cross-functional teams in optimizing supply plans, balancing demand fluctuations, and minimizing excess inventory. 5. Drive the development and maintenance of advanced forecasting models, leveraging data analytics and market insights. 6. Mentor the team in utilizing historical data and industry trends to enhance forecasting accuracy. 7. Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams to integrate supply chain considerations into the new product development process. 8. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to align on launch timelines, production capabilities, and inventory requirements. 9. Utilize data analytics tools to assess supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. 10. Foster strong relationships with Sales and Marketing teams to align on promotions, product launches, and sales initiatives. 11. Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance communication and coordination across departments. 12. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team's success in meeting organizational objectives.
