Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with RBI and internal guidelines.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and compliance teams for document follow-ups or clarifications.
Maintain proper filing systems both physical and digital for easy retrieval and audit readiness
Assist in generating and formatting reports related to documentation
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
Basic understanding of banking terms, KYC norms, and document requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
Good written and verbal communication skills
