About The Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and be proficient in both graphic design and video editing, capable of producing high-quality visuals for digital, print, and video content across multiple platforms. The role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to collaborate across teams, and strong technical skills. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and highly focused to be bale to produce visually outstanding designs by the given deadline.

Roles & Responsibilities –

Graphic Design:

• Develop visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, emailers, presentations and website graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create consistent brand imagery and design assets.
• Create compelling visual content that supports both short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Apply creative solutions to design challenges while adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with the content team, copywriters, and marketing departments to ensure that designs and videos align with campaign goals.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas to enhance the visual and video content strategy.
• Present design and video concepts to stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback. Desired Skills & Competencies:
• Should have 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing & video editing
• Should be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, indesign, figma,
• Fair knowledge of Premiere Pro, after effects, Final Cut PRO, Filmora and other design/edit/multimedia tools.
• Must be a self-motivated individual who can work in a challenging environment
• Ability to learn new things on an ongoing basis.
• Should be detail-oriented, well organized, and timeline driven.
