ASSOCIATE AREA HEAD (Noida)

The job involves working as a SIP Abacus Program professional in Western UP (NCR) with a specific work location in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You will report to the State Head and must be proficient in English, Marathi, and Hindi. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Com degree with 4-6 years of experience in Channel Management, specifically in Franchisee acquisition or dealing with Distributors. Your main responsibilities will include supporting Franchisees in achieving new business targets, conducting various meetings and events like parents meeting, Franchisee meeting, and Orientation programmes. Additionally, you will be required to support Franchisees in retaining program children by giving presentations to parents, assisting the State Head in acquiring new franchisee leads, and conducting business activities in Schools and local areas for new business. You will also be responsible for managing 20 to 25 LCLs, which includes franchisee support and monitoring. For School business, you will be expected to support/manage an estimated number of 40 to 50 schools.,
