Associate Analyst

The role at Wipro Limited involves designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications that are to be deployed at the client's end. Your main objective will be to ensure that the software meets 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and design of the software, developing software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Furthermore, you will investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle and facilitate root cause analysis of system issues. Coding and ensuring optimal software/module development will be a crucial part of your role. This includes evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, software development, and proposed software to determine operational feasibility. You will also be responsible for automating processes for software validation, modifying software to fix errors, and improving performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with project managers, perform status reporting, and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction throughout the project execution. Capturing client requirements, taking feedback regularly, and participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Your performance will be measured based on continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software, quality, customer satisfaction, MIS & reporting. Ensuring error-free implementation, on-time delivery, managing software troubleshooting queries, and timely report generation will be key performance parameters.
