With a portfolio spanning over 14 million sqft, the company operates flagship centers in multiple cities including Chennai, Bengaluru, Punjab, Nagpur, Surat, and Amritsar, with additional projects underway in Delhi and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. For the past 15 years, the company has been transforming the retail experience by creating innovative centers that blend shopping, hospitality, workspaces, dining, leisure, and entertainment. These award-winning centers serve as social hubs, fostering community connections and contributing to both local economies and the cultural identity of the cities they are in. For for driving branding, marketing strategy, and partnerships for a portfolio of lifestyle centers in India. Key duties include creating and evolving the brand, overseeing content strategy, and managing multi-channel communication to ensure consistency. The role also involves developing marketing strategies for retail, F&B, leisure, and hospitality offerings, managing media relations, and driving customer engagement through campaigns and experiential marketing. Additionally, the position includes overseeing the marketing budget, analyzing performance, and optimizing revenue generation. It also requires building strong partnerships with retailers, agencies, and internal teams, while mentoring and developing teams to drive creativity and business growth. Key Deliverables : Develop and manage the company s brand communication strategy. Lead marketing efforts to drive footfall, revenue, and brand presence. Build and maintain partnerships to support marketing initiatives. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing activities, ensuring effective ROI. Mentor and guide teams to foster development and innovation. Preferred Qualities Leadership skills Strong interpersonal skills Attention to detail Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service Ability to identify and resolve problems and develop alternative solutions on time You should be a: Graduate/ post graduate with 10-15 years of experience, with preferably 5 in leading marketing teams in institutional / multinational set-ups. Relationships with local and international media based. Sound understanding of social media platforms, and website content management and design
