Assistant Teacher-primary

Assist the Class Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans across subjects

Provide support to individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.

Help in conducting assessments, correcting assignments, and maintaining student records.

Support the teacher in maintaining discipline, order, and cleanliness in the classroom.

Assist in organizing classroom materials, bulletin boards, and displays.

Help manage transitions between subjects and activities smoothly.

Supervise students during class, breaks, lunch, field trips, and other school activities.

Observe and report student behavior, participation, and progress to the Class Teacher.

Address minor student needs and escalate concerns appropriately.

Help coordinate and execute classroom events, projects, assemblies, and celebrations.

Prepare teaching aids and support in co-curricular or enrichment activities.

Qualifications: Graduate with Diploma or degree in Education or relevant field (D.Ed., B.Ed. is an advantage).

Proficiency in English; basic computer skill

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to follow instructions and manage time efficiently.

Basic understanding of primary school subjects and teaching methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
