Roles and Responsibilities Plan procurement activities to meet business requirements, considering factors like demand forecasting and supplier performance. Develop strategies for supply chain operations improvement, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency gains. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Planning & Inventory Management. Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Procurement Planning, and Inventory Planning principles. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) with knowledge of ERP systems an added advantage. Candidate should have experience in the personal care industry.
