Assistant Structural BIM Engineer

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing models and drawings, quantities take-off/schedules, and understanding client requirements and standards for developing models, details, and drawings. You will ensure the QC process is being followed, delivery to the right quality and timelines, standardize workflows based on project requirements, and manage electronic information. Coordination with BIM coordinators and Project Managers will be a key aspect of the role, along with promoting standardization of components and processes. Candidate Specification: - ITI in respective Engineering discipline. Diploma/Degree will be an added advantage. - 5-8 years of experience in the field of Modelling and detailing. - Experience in Energy/power projects would be an advantage, while experience in other sectors can be considered if the candidate has expertise in modelling and detailing of RCC and structural steel structures. - Proficiency in 2D/3D modelling using AutoCAD and Revit is essential. Hands-on experience with MicroStation, CADWORX, CADS RC will be an added advantage. - Technology-focused with an understanding of industry developments. - Capable of guiding, troubleshooting, and training team members to perform varied levels of development in BIM projects and drive outcomes. - Ability to assist in Modelling and Extraction of deliverables. - Good communication skills, leadership skills, professional attitude towards work, and self-motivated. - Team player with multi-disciplinary coordination skills.
