1. PhD Awarded or Pursuing
2. UGC Net (Essential) if the candidate is not enrolled for Ph.D.
3. Previous Research & teaching experience in the area of Language & Literature
Perks and Benefits
We incentivize candidates with INR 1,00,000 for each SCI Q1 Journal, INR 75,000 for each SCI Q2 journals and INR 50,000 for other journals.
Unpaid Scopus or Web of Science journals are rewarded with INR 20,000 each, Patent Publication with INR 25,000 and the reward on Patent Grant is INR 1,00,000
