Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expiry Management:

Check and record the expiry dates of all pharmaceutical products on a monthly basis.

Ensure timely removal and replacement of expired stock.

2. Inventory Management:

Maintain and update the stock report regularly.

Monitor momentum stocks and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.

3. Cold Chain Monitoring:

Record and maintain temperature-sensitive data for cold chain products as per standard protocol.

4. Customer Service & Delivery Coordination:

Ensure timely delivery of ordered medicines to customers.

Follow up with LTC (Long-Term Care) patients for regular medication refills and conversions.

5. Sales and Conversion Tracking:

Report daily sales updates and conversion data to the concerned supervisor.

Assist in achieving monthly sales and service targets.

Note: Any Degree with Pharmacy Experience
