Job Description

1) Responsible for achieving productivity improvement follow-up 2) Responsible for ensuring process compliance. 3) Responsible for safety norms and machine safety 4) Responsible for new tool supplier identification and development 5) Maintain all manufacturing assets in facilities, handle purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manage department budgets. 6) Prioritize ped's tasks and activities to ensure operational efficiency. 7) Provide department training and development opportunities to all ped's staff's. 8) Coordinate outside activities, such as inspections, ensuring safety protocols are met, and project management. 9) Build a healthy work environment for all personnel. 10) Develop, manage, and maintain quality standards, safety standards, and optimal working standards. 11) Conduct one-on-one meetings with technicians and staff to train and update them on all changes, such as new electrical systems, computer software, and maintenance techniques, among other things. 12) Ensure all health and safety policies are taken care of and that everything is in compliance. 13) Co-ordination with PPC planning and scheduling of production in consultation with production supervisor 14) Direct and issue timely instructions to supervisor and operators in order to achieve the production targets during the shift. 15) OEE improvement & analysis of in-house rejection, COPQ & preparation of detailed actionplanand execution through the PDCA cycle. 16) Involved in Complete CNC Programming, fixture setting, try-outs, process mapping, preparation ofcontrolplan, FAI, FMEA, APQP for the new component as per the schedule and making the best possible improvements. 17) Involve in Capacityplanning,Plantfacility budgeting, completeplantlayout finalizations. 18) Working for implementing TPM (5S, Kaizen,Poka-yoke,Kanban) in a machine shop for higher productivity by reducing various losses. 19) Taken full responsibility for interviewing and training of personnel in production department 20) Audit and implement policies/procedures and production levels in the content processing department. 21) Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment
