Job Description Company: Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Position: Assistant Manager/Manager Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune. 1. Responsible for standardization of SAP S/4 HANA processes and operations across the organization. End to End management of SAP S/4 HANA 2. Responsible for the total PM Master data maintenance, development activities and enhancements. Develop various reports using ABAP Query. SAP PM / DMS project implementation as per business requirement 3. Provide training to End users regarding to related SAP modules and programs. 4. Support during periodic review and periodic data restoration activity. 5. Preparation and review of protocols/reports and other qualification documents related to IT department. 6. Preparation and review of SOPs related to IT department 7. Control and issuance management of all IT SOP, Formats, Protocols, reports and other documents. 8. Initiate & Review of Change Control request / Deviation / CAPA. 9. Review of Qualification documents related to Enterprise application wherever required. 10. To ensure timely support in troubleshooting, review activity and audits for Enterprise applications. 11. Handling and Manage Regulatory, Customer and Internal audits and ensure compliance. 12. Supports implementation of Emcure s Manufacturing IT Processes, CSV Principles and related regulatory system validation requirements for manufacturing applications with respect to 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines. 13. Know, Understand, apply and report as appropriate, Emcures Ethics and data integrity, policy and Quality System. 14. Based on requirement, act as a designee to immediate superior. Any other assignment given by Department Head / Designee
