Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Automotive Business

As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in the Automotive Business (Mobility Business) for one of our clients in Noida, you will play a crucial role in managing sales operations for the Automotive sector on an All India basis. Your responsibilities will include key account handling, direct communication with customers, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating these needs to the Head Office for development and deliveries. Moreover, you will be involved in new development initiatives with existing customers, as well as expanding the market and customer base in the region. Your role will also entail addressing customer complaints by recording them and providing viable solutions with the support of the Quality Department. You will be expected to gather market intelligence related to customers, competitors, and pricing, then report this information to the Head Office on a monthly basis. Your 6-8 years of sales experience in the Plastic/Polymers Industry, specifically within the Automotive, Capital Equipment Machine Manufacturer, Aerospace, or Electronics/Semi-conductor sectors, will be instrumental in excelling in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a B.Tech/Diploma in Polymer/Mechanical Engineering, with a preference for an MBA in Sales & Marketing. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is required.
