Assistant Manager - Technology Services

Position Summary Resource is responsible for managing (BMC Defender & Mainview , Cubus , Product Builder and HP PX Calculator ) which includes implementation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, patches and administration, performance tuning, identify repetitive tasks and automate. Job Responsibilities Good experience in applications builds in both windows and Linux infrastructure and able to lead project. Good knowledge in performance tunings Strong collaboration with team members Capable of coaching up new team members Participate in cross-departmental efforts Leads initiatives within the community of practice Good decision-making skills. Take ownership of the deliverables from the entire team. Should be able to generate and present reports to leadership Coach other team members and bring them up to speed. Willing to work in rotational shifts Good Communication skill with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field Experience 7+ years of total experience and at least 4+ years of experience in applications build in both windows and Linux infrastructure and able to lead project BMC Main view BMC Defender Trillium Linux Administration Network DNS and Domain Setup Web Server Scripting Ansible Azure Pipelines Ansible Windows Debugging Elastic Experience in creating change tickets and working on tasks in Service Now Good to Have : Python Collibra Data Governance -Edge (K3s application) BMC CorreLog SIEM Agent/Server for IBM zOS Application Debugging Azure DevOps
