Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operate and monitor
Hennecke PU Foam machines
or similar equipment.
Supervise and manage the foam production process to ensure efficiency and product consistency.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines to prevent downtime.
Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to product specifications.
Troubleshoot production or equipment issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain strict compliance with
safety standards and operational procedures
.
Record and document daily production metrics and machine logs accurately.
Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and other production team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience operating
Hennecke or similar PU foam production machines
.
Strong knowledge of
polyurethane foam manufacturing processes
.
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to machinery and production.
Understanding of
quality control practices
and
safety regulations
in a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in the foam or chemical manufacturing industry is preferred.
Technical certification or vocational training in machine operation or industrial processes is an advantage.
Attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills.
