Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Monitor production metrics and take corrective actions as needed to achieve operational goals.

2. Process Optimization:

• Implement lean manufacturing practices and identify areas for process improvement.
• Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, and materials to enhance production output.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure compliance with quality standards at every production stage.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to address production issues.

4. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

5. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment through adherence to safety protocols.

6. Collaboration:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and quality, for smooth production operations.
• Report production performance and challenges to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in production management in the

  automotive components manufacturing industry

  or similar industries like precision systems, electronic control systems, or safety systems manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing production in factories with 5001,000 workers.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean production principles.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and resource management.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the manufacturing sector.
