Drive
B2B sales
for
Genetics and Preventive Health packages
through corporate partnerships and institutional clients.
Identify and onboard
corporate clients, wellness aggregators, and channel partners
.
Conduct presentations and product demos on
Genetic test offerings
to HR leaders, clinicians, and decision-makers.
Build and manage a
corporate client pipeline
from lead generation to closure.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, lab, and medical) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet monthly and quarterly
sales and revenue targets
.
Maintain strong post-sale relationships and upsell/cross-sell preventive health checkup programs.
Provide regular reports, client feedback, and market intelligence.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
4 to 6 years of experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Pharma, Wellness, or Genetic Testing sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B/corporate sales.
Strong understanding of Genetic testing and preventive health will be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
