Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

To collaborate with
external design agency
for delivery of efficient project designs .
Evaluate & Introduce competitive designs and cutting edge design technology.
Create project concepts (Project Briefs) on design, value engineering and aesthetics. Incorporate suggestions from senior management team.
Suggest suitable external design consultants and evaluate portfolios to select the best of them.
Review project plans and approve architectural specifications
Understand the organizations business strategy, as well as the companys business practices, planning cycles, and decision making processes.
Keep a track of and understand competitors, products, strategies and product generation processes.
Develop design and drawing standards to bring consistency across projects
