Assist in the management of technical operations across the facility, ensuring optimal performance of building systems. Supervise maintenance teams and external contractors for technical services like HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, UPS, etc. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution. Conduct routine inspections of building systems and infrastructure to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Respond to facility-related emergencies promptly and coordinate immediate repair/resolution. Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the facility. Assist in budget planning and cost control related to maintenance and technical operations. Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance logs, incident reports, statutory compliance, and asset tracking. Ensure compliance with local statutory and safety regulations (e.g., fire safety, electrical safety). Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure high satisfaction with facility services
