As an ideal candidate for this position in the Finishing Works department, you should have a B Tech / Diploma in Civil. Your role will primarily involve overseeing the completion of finishing works in high-rise residential buildings. It will be crucial for you to maintain updated drawings, specifications, and work procedures on-site, ensuring seamless progress.
