Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the regional team. 2. Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives. Drive initiatives to establish and expand market presence in the region. 3. Installer Network Development: Collaborate with the team to onboard and maintain a robust network of installers in the region. Ensure installers have a comprehensive understanding of products and sales processes. 4. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets for the region. Guide the team in converting leads to loan applications, collaborating with the credit team for seamless processing. 5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including installers and customers. Promote repeat business and referrals through effective relationship management. 6. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market trends within the region and provide regular reports on sales performance. Offer insights and recommendations to inform strategic business decisions. 7. Collaboration with Head Office: Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other functional heads at the head office to ensure seamless integration of regional and overall company strategies.
