Role & responsibilities To operate Injection Molding Machine, ASB stretch blow Molding machine & clamping working done. To achieve production as given target, minimum rejection per batch. To give quality production as per requirement from vendor. To maintain critical machine parameters Knowledge of Calibration, Validation, and Operation for machine / Equipments / Instruments. To follow the ISO 9001:2008 guidelines for Production documentation and as per SOP. To achieve quality production in minimum time work Batch planning as per product and management communication. Preferred candidate profile Good Knowledge in INJECTION STRETCH BLOW MOULDING MACHINE (ASB 70DPH, ASB 70DPW, ASB 50MB). Good Knowledge in linear STRETCH BLOW MOULDING MACHINE (SIDEL 2/4N, 1/4 ECO). Good knowledge in injection molding machine i.e. HUSKY, (HYPET 300 - 400, HPET 180) NETSTAL (400) All troubleshooting of injection molding machine. Good knowledge of Hot Runner Mould, Cold Runner Mould, IMC Mould, Sliding Core Mould, Pet Preform Mould. Knowledge of Plastic material PET, PP, PE (LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE), ABS, PC With Properties and Process parameter setting. Perks and benefits Free Transportations from Anand Nadiad & Ahmedabad
