The Software Engineer is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the development, implementation, and support of the client's Parts business application environment. You will maintain ASI platform strategies to support evolving business requirements and build strong relationships with the business, customers, and other departments. As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in meeting new technical and functional requirements. Your key responsibilities will include supervising the ASI/AS400 core system applications, from planning and requirement analysis to development, testing, deployment, and monitoring job activities. You will manage daily support, maintenance, and incident resolution across all ASI applications, as well as project deployment activities. Ensuring systems are up-to-date, secure, and compliant will be essential. You will provide technical solutions to ensure the scalability of core ASI platforms, which involve a mix of AS400 solutions and custom-developed applications. Developing and maintaining an ongoing ASI application will also be part of your role, along with supporting and enhancing the client's Agile Development process and mindset. In addition, you will embody and promote the client's Parts values of Teamwork, Continuous Improvement, Commitment, Openness, and Learning. Collaborating with stakeholders to align platform services with strategic business needs and establishing collaborative partnerships with internal teams, vendors, IT departments, and others will be critical aspects of your role. **Knowledge & Skills REQUIRED:** **Technical/Professional Experience Requirements:** 8-10 Yrs - ASI/AS400 - COBOL400 / RPG400 - ILE/RPGLE/SQLRPGLE - CBLLE/SQLCBLLE - CLP/CLLE - SQL400 - DB2 - Integration Solutions (APIs) - Web Services **Total Years of Experience Required:** 8-10 Yrs - 8+ years of experience in systems development and implementation is required. - Strong team player skills, critical problem-solving abilities, and bug fixing skills are essential. - Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile. - Availability for the US time shift (2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST) is mandatory.,
