Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
  • Optimize algorithms for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and improve existing AI systems and workflows.
  • Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI research and technologies and propose innovative ideas.
  • Ensure code quality, testing, and documentation standards.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • Proficient in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and model deployment.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or other AI domains is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
