As a Cutting to Packing Incharge, your responsibilities will involve overseeing the quality control process throughout different stages of garment production. This includes inspecting raw materials to approve design specifications during the pre-production phase, monitoring fabric weight, seam strength, and color consistency in-process, and examining finished garments for defects, size accuracy, and overall quality during the final inspection. You will be required to establish internal quality standards by specifying fabric quality, stitching techniques, design elements, sizing parameters, and colorfastness requirements. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the products meet customer expectations, statutory requirements, and industry standards, thus contributing to the overall quality assurance process. Your role will also involve identifying any issues, mistakes, or non-conformity problems that may arise during the production process, and taking appropriate corrective actions to maintain the quality standards. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a thorough understanding of garment production processes, and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
