Our branch network is primarily responsible for helping individuals and families with their financial goals, active trading and investing. Through more than 900 investment centers (branches and sub- brokers), you'll find Branch Managers leading and coaching their teams as they work directly with our clients to achieve that common goal. As an Arihant Branch Manager, you will lead a highly engaged team of Branch Based colleagues, to assist clients in making right investing decisions and giving them a superior trading experience. Your role will require you to use local knowledge, networking, your presence in the community as well as data and insight effectively to deliver assistance and support to clients in their trading and investing. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading, coaching and developing your team as well as investing in their skills and knowledge, to inspire them to be the best they can through regular interactions Ensuring your team exceeds their goals by setting and communicating objectives and monitoring client feedback and performance data Responsible for franchisee development in the region. Handling the entire sales team and ensuring that they are performing efficiently. Servicing existing HNI /retail clients and sub brokers. Provide direction to new customers and sub-brokers by being responsive to their needs, inquiries and requests. Generating leads through existing clients. Handling risk management. Handling queries/limits/risk management of online clients. You will be responsible for brand promotion in the Raipur region to generate sales as per defined budget. This includes creation and execution of local marketing plans to maximise revenues and multiply customer base. Handling back office operations for PCG. You will also need to work on strengthening the NRI client base of Arihant in the region, which will require opening and servicing NRI accounts. You should have good understanding of NRI client compliance and KYC process and should also train your team. Cross selling all products of the company to the clients: equity, depository, mutual fund, IPO, Bonds, currency, commodity, financial planning. Providing or arranging proper product training to all the staff from time-to-time. Managing the entire back office activities including pay-in pay-out of client securities and cash, account opening, administration, petty cash management, branch accounting, monthly P&L. Taking accountability for recruitment and succession planning to ensure you can support your clients at all times Qualifications and Skills: Graduate/MBA with more than 5-6 years experience in the broking or finance sector. Previous experience of successfully leading a team in a customer-facing capacity with a strong drive for results. Delivering great client and operational performance by empowering and motivating others Demonstrated dedication to treating clients in an ethical, empathetic and proactive way Should have their own client base and must have skills to generate revenues. Great communication skills. Should be fluent in English & Hindi, local language proficiency (if any) will be an add on. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to build and sustain strong trusted partnerships with employees, peers and colleagues in other work groups based on mutual trust
