To receive, inspect, store, issue, reconciliation, records, verification of Materials & frame strategies for cost effective store functioning. To receive material as per the PO raised by purchase department & ensure quantities & specifications of materials are as per the PO issued. To carry out the Inward Quality Inspection of Incoming materials received from vendors. To receive the Internal material against work order / Process Order and Material Requisition slip Signed by authorized personnel. Before issuing of any material, ensure that it is duly authorized. To stack / store the received materials properly in appropriate racks, pallets & enter the details of the received material in the BIN card To receive the planning of materials to be processed at outside through Job Work process planning form. To issue & receipt of material on delivery challan OR Invoice with quantity verifications. To Comply with all the provisions outlined in ISO documents procedures & working instructions while handling store operations To keep the materials in store in such a way that it does not get damaged or lost. To verify & monitor the minimum Stock with respect to the requirement & give material requisition to purchase department.
