Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance of Tile Adhesive products in the assigned region (Mumbai). Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers to drive business expansion. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support for customers on tile adhesives. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 10-12 years of experience in channel sales or retail sales of construction chemicals such as putty, resin, grouting materials like emulsions etc. . B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university; M.Tech preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship building and negotiation skills.
