Job Title: Area Sales Manager. Managed Office/Coworking Spaces

Location: Ernakulam, Trivandrum & Calicut

Industry: Flexible Workspaces / Managed Offices / Coworking


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and occupancy across our coworking and managed office spaces in Ernakulam, Trivandrum, and Calicut. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate or flexible workspace sector, and a proven track record in B2B sales, client relationship management, and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • • Identify and target potential clients including startups, SMEs, corporates, and freelancers for coworking/managed office solutions.
  • • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • • Conduct site tours, present customized workspace solutions, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive regional campaigns and lead-generation efforts.
  • • Build strong relationships with local brokers, channel partners, and corporate decision-makers.
  • • Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • • Ensure high client satisfaction and seamless onboarding post-sales.
  • • Report regularly on sales activities, conversions, and market insights to the management team.

Requirements:

  • • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, real estate, coworking, or hospitality.
  • • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Familiarity with the local business landscape in Ernakulam, Trivandrum, and Calicut.
  • • Willingness to travel across locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • • Experience in the coworking or commercial real estate sector is a strong advantage.
