Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Lead and manage sales, collection, and operations teams to achieve business targets.
Provide strategic guidance and set clear targets for the team.
Drive incremental growth in book size while maintaining portfolio health.
Establish partnerships with relevant sourcing agents and build alternate sourcing channels.
Foster a culture of high performance and accountability within the team.
Monitor the effectiveness of the sales process and implement best practices to streamline sales operations.

Job
Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive business growth and expansion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in fee income generation and cost-effective process management.
Ability to train and provide technical expertise to Relationship Managers and Field Sales Staff on various financial products.
Maintain a Nil NPA portfolio by actively monitoring and managing credit risks.
