Be a good leader, good sales & marketing person, good in communication, should be aggressive and agile. To guide and motivate the team Manage Sales activities for Automation solutions including MES, EOL Testing, Batching & Material Handling for industries like Auto ancillary, refractory, ceramic, EMS, CEM. Conduct need analysis to identify customer requirements and provide customized solutions To book orders in line with agreed targets Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and up selling opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product offerings. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Experience 10 to 20 years
