Roles & Responsibilities: · Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets. · Establish strong relationships with direct dealers, training them on product use and sales techniques. · Supervise Senior Sales Officers, Sales Officers, and Field Officers. · Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the area. · Provide regular feedback to the Regional Manager on market conditions.
