Job Descriptions :-

Lead architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
Assist in Preparation of design brief/Municipal brief as per directions of Chief Architect / VP Design and Services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex project requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ Years of experience in architecture in the Real Estate industry
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software; ability to create accurate and efficient designs.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
