Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, layouts, and concept designs for residential and commercial projects. Work under senior architects to develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and presentation materials. Coordinate with internal teams to collect design inputs and align them with project requirements. Ensure basic compliance with local bye-laws, NBC norms, and building regulations while preparing designs. Support the design team in documentation, plotting, and revisions of drawings as per client or management feedback. Create 2D/3D visualizations and conceptual renders using design software. Attend site visits for exposure to construction and execution aspects of architectural planning. Maintain drawing records and assist in submission for authority approvals when needed.
