We are seeking a skilled Arc Welder to join our manufacturing team in Partapur, Meerut. The ideal candidate will have experience in arc welding operations and be able to work with various metal components. Key Responsibilities Perform arc welding operations on metal components Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning Ensure quality welds that meet industry standards Maintain welding equipment and tools Follow all safety protocols and procedures Inspect finished products for defects Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines Requirements 3+ years of experience as an arc welder Knowledge of different welding techniques and positions Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Understanding of welding safety standards Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials Attention to detail and quality Reliable and punctual Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 6 days a week (Sunday off) Industrial manufacturing environment Must have own transportation No food or accommodation provided
