The service experience was disappointing. Despite being punctual, I waited all day, only to see patients who arrived later served before me, repeating over two days. Despite my complaint, staff showed no concern. Action is needed to prioritize appointments fairly and improve communication about wait times.

Very very late process of lab works and laser treatment (They say complete cataract surgery with in 10 minutes but it take 1 hours) otherwise 10 out of 4

Everything is good except opticals.His attitude is irritating and judging people without asking their budget.Not that much collection and for us does suit their. So we told him we don't want within few seconds after trying 2 or 3. He looked at us weird made us uncomfortable.
