Aravind Eye Hospital will recruit suitable candidates with the above specification and offer them a one year Fellowship program in hospital administration. This fellowship program develops the employee to become competent eye hospital administrators who can design and implement systems for effective management of eye hospitals. The training curriculum is designed to help the participants develop the right perspectives and proactiveness for continually improving all the functions that support clinical work and enhance patient experience.
