Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ability to understand a Delmia Apriso solution architecturally and contribute to both design and enhancements
Ability to work with clients to support APRISO Managed Services and effectively manage the tickets/incidents as per SLA in coordination with offshore team.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve recurring issues and add value in the process.
Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Experience in Discrete Manufacturing domain, Aerospace domain with implementation experience of MES preferably Delmia Apriso suite.
Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
Integration with shop floor systems and ERP, PLM/other applications
Experience in Software development lifecycle, database concepts and integration design.
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Experience with project management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
Must have knowledge of SQL, .NET, Java
Must have knowledge of Delmia APRISO - Production, Quality, Warehouse & Maintenance
