Your responsibilities in this role will include: - Performing routine inspections of all engineering equipment and reporting any abnormalities that are identified. - Checking and recording all operating parameters of equipment, reporting any abnormalities found. - Monitoring and recording temperatures across the facility as scheduled. - Ensuring timely activation and deactivation of HVAC machines and lighting as necessary. - Checking and ensuring that no unnecessary equipment is operational. - Identifying and reporting any opportunities for energy/cost savings. - Recording energy meter readings and monitoring fuel storage stock. - Addressing technical complaints promptly and carrying out necessary rectifications in accordance with approved work permits. - Conducting in-house preventive maintenance activities as scheduled in the PM Planner and following safety guidelines.
