Application Production Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Handle and resolve
incidents, requests, and changes
related to a predefined scope of applications
Coordinate escalations and collaborate with Italian IT teams when needed
Ensure
SLA compliance
and maintain service availability
Liaise with infrastructure, development, and security teams for smooth issue resolution
Assist in
problem management
and root cause analysis for recurring issues
Maintain documentation and contribute to
process improvements
Support
knowledge transfer
from BNL and Paris teams
Generate KPI reports and contribute to
continuous service improvement

Qualifications

Graduate in IT / Computer Science or related field
ITIL certification preferred
