15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications. Your role will require effective communication and coordination to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of SAP SD consultants. - Acting as a subject matter expert for the SAP SD module, providing guidance and solutions to complex issues. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Willingness to learn, Positive attitude, Conflict resolution. - Work in shift rotation 24/7 and handle on-call support. - Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues related to the SAP SD module, and resolve problems in a timely manner. - Expertise in areas like sales order management, pricing, Invoicing, shipping, billing, Outputs, EDI, ATP check and Handling Units - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
