Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationJob Overview:We are looking for a Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET and a solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and solution design. This individual will play a key role in driving technical deliveries, collaborating with business stakeholders, and guiding the engineering team to build scalable and robust systems.The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) / Return-to-Credit (RTC) processes and eCommerce product flows, including order management, returns, and related business logic. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-based solutions using .NET technologies.Own and drive complex technical deliveries end-to-end.Act as a hands-on lead, contributing to coding, architecture, and code reviews.Collaborate closely with business teams to gather and analyze requirements.Translate business needs into technical tasks for the development team.Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices.Lead discussions on solution design, performance optimization, and integration patterns.Mentor junior developers and ensure high engineering standards.Drive resolution of technical issues and ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications:8+ years of experience in software development with deep expertise in .NET/.NET Core.Proven experience designing and building cloud-native applications (preferably on Azure, AWS, or GCP).Strong experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and integration patterns.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.Experience working on complex business domains like Order-to-Cash (OTC), Return-to-Credit (RTC), and product/order/return flows.Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain domains.Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Azure Service Bus).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and distributed team environments.Qualification
