Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Data Masking Good to have skills : ASP.NET MVC, Angular Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Implement Data Archival, Masking according to the business needs Manage the archival process, including identifying data to be archived, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining access controls Design and implement data masking solutions to protect sensitive information in non-production environments Manage deliverable on Data Archival & Masking area. Support Activity (L3) on Archiving & Data Masking Experience with Data archival and Data masking tools and techniques. Proficiency in database management and data security practices. Prepare and Manage documentation in Data Archival & Masking implementation Collaborate with development and testing teams to apply data masking to databases and applications Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the application development process Ensure successful project delivery Mentor and guide team members Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Data Masking Experience using IBM Optim product will be a plus similar product experience also desired Experience in SQL for various Database engines (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, and preferably DB2). Good To Have Skills:Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Angular Proficient knowledge in database design and writing T-SQL, Stored Procedures Experience in product study in Data Archival Area and supporting live applications (Level 3 support Strong understanding of data masking techniques Experience in designing and implementing data security solutions Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Masking This position is based at our Mumbai office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
